If you're interested in receiving a hair extension service with our owner, the first step is to schedule a virtual new client consultation. This allows us to assess your hair goals, determine the best method for your hair type, and ensure you're a perfect fit for the service.
Extension services with the owner require a virtual consultation first.
Consultations are done virtually for your convenience. Once approved, your service appointment will be scheduled directly with our team with priority booking.

To respect the time of our clients and team, we kindly ask that all changes to your appointment be made with sufficient notice:
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a transferable deposit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a 50% service charge.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or a late fee will be applied, as it may impact the appointments scheduled after yours.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via UPS. Delivery times vary based on your location but usually take between 3-5 business days.
