    Following your consultation, your service appointment will be scheduled directly with our team to ensure a seamless booking experience.

    For hair extension services, we recommend scheduling an virtual consultation. This allows us to assess your hair, discuss your desired look, and recommend the most suitable method for you.

    For all other services, our specialists conduct a personalized consultation at the beginning of your appointment to ensure your service is fully tailored to your hair type, goals, and lifestyle.

    You are also welcome to contact our team directly by phone or email if you would like assistance selecting the right service before booking.

  • Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

    Your deposit will be applied toward your final service total. If you cancel or reschedule at least one day prior to your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment within 60 days.

    Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by contacting our team directly. We do not process cancellations or changes automatically through the booking system.

    We kindly ask that any changes be made at least one day prior to your scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

    If you reschedule with sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment within 60 days.

  • We understand that delays can happen.

    Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a $20 late fee. Depending on the schedule and service type, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

    In such cases, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation and your deposit may be forfeited.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice (no-shows) will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

    Clients who miss their appointment may be required to prepay in full to secure their next booking.

Salon Experience

  • Due to the intimate and appointment-based nature of our salon, we kindly ask that only the person receiving the service be present.

    We are unable to accommodate additional guests or unsupervised children in the salon space.

  • We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time for parking.

    As our space is intimate and carefully scheduled, we kindly ask that you do not arrive significantly early and that you arrive on time for your appointment.

    Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a late fee or the need to reschedule.

  • Valet parking is available at One Paraiso for a fee. Street parking on NE 7th Ave and surrounding streets is limited.

    We recommend allowing extra time for parking to ensure a relaxed arrival.

Policies & Payments

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital payments such as Apple Pay.

    We are a cashless salon; however, you are welcome to tip your stylist in cash if preferred.

HAIR EXTENSIONS

  • We currently offer professional installation of Weft, Tape-In, and Clip-In extensions.

    During your consultation, we will assess your natural hair, lifestyle, and desired look to determine which method is most suitable for you.

    Our goal is to recommend the method that provides the most seamless, natural, and long-lasting results.

  • Yes. All new extension clients are required to schedule an Initial Virtual Consultation before booking a service.

    This allows us to assess your natural hair, discuss your goals, and recommend the most suitable extension method for you.

    Returning extension clients may book maintenance appointments directly if they have completed a consultation within the past year. If your last consultation was more than one year ago, a new virtual consultation will be required prior to booking.

  • Yes. The consultation fee will be applied toward your extension service total if you decide to move forward and book your installation.

    If you choose not to proceed with booking after your consultation, the consultation fee is non-refundable and will not be applied to a future service.

Health & Safety

  • If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

    The comfort and safety of our clients and specialists remain our highest priority.

    Returning extension clients may book maintenance appointments directly, provided they are within their recommended maintenance schedule.

  • Please inform us prior to your appointment if you have any known allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions related to hair or beauty products.

    While we use high-quality, professional-grade products, we cannot guarantee that reactions will not occur. If you have a history of sensitivities, we strongly recommend completing a patch test at least 48 hours before your service.
